Please read these terms carefully. By creating an account, uploading contracts, or using any Green Fox Collective (“GFC”) report or tool, you agree to everything below.
1. Decision-support only — not professional advice
GFC go/no-go reports and this platform are decision-support tools. They are not legal, financial, accounting, tax, engineering, surety, or procurement advice, and they do not create any professional or fiduciary relationship. Nothing we provide should be treated as a substitute for advice from your own qualified attorney, accountant, estimator, surety/bonding agent, or licensed professional.
2. Use of artificial intelligence
Our reports are produced with the assistance of artificial intelligence. AI systems can and do make mistakes — they may misread documents, miscalculate figures, miss clauses or deadlines, hallucinate facts, or produce information that is incomplete, outdated, or simply wrong. You should not fully trust any output without independent verification. GFC does not warrant that any report is accurate, complete, current, or fit for any particular purpose.
3. You are responsible for reviewing your own contracts
You — the client — remain solely and fully responsible for reading, reviewing, and understanding every solicitation, contract, amendment, and term that applies to you. This includes independently verifying all dollar figures, scopes, payment and retainage terms, liquidated damages, bonding and insurance requirements, prevailing-wage/Davis-Bacon applicability, set-aside and eligibility rules, NAICS size standards, registration status (e.g. SAM.gov/UEI), and all dates and deadlines against the official source documents and authorities (including SAM.gov, the SBA, and the issuing agency). Do not rely on a GFC report as your only review of a contract.
4. No liability for loss
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GFC and its owners, members, employees, and contractors cannot be held liable or responsible for any decision you make or any loss you incur in connection with our reports or this platform — including, without limitation, lost bids, lost or unprofitable contracts, financial losses, cost overruns, penalties, liquidated damages, missed deadlines, disqualifications, lost profits, or any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages — whether or not GFC was advised of the possibility of such damages. You use our reports and this platform at your own risk.
5. No guarantee of outcomes
A “GO,” “NO-GO,” “CONDITIONAL GO,” or any fit score is an opinion for your consideration only. It is not a prediction or guarantee that you will win a bid, that a contract will be profitable, or that you are in fact eligible. Final judgment — and final responsibility — always rests with you.
6. Confidentiality & your data
We take reasonable steps to keep the information you submit associated with your account. However, you are responsible for the accuracy of what you provide and for safeguarding your login credentials. Do not upload material you are not authorized to share.
7. Limitation & acceptance
If any part of this disclaimer is found unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. To the extent any liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid GFC for the specific report at issue. By continuing to use this platform you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms.
